More than a number of spins
The station and where it is
Every spin names the station, its country and its city, so you can see which markets a song is working in.
The exact time
The time the song started, in the station's own local time. Useful when you follow up with a programme director.
How long it played
The duration in seconds, so a full spin and a short excerpt are not counted as the same thing.
A running count
Spins per station, per country and per week, with reports you can export as PDF or CSV and send on.
Detected on air, not copied from playlists
Heard, not reported
WARM listens to the broadcast and recognises your song by its audio. A spin counts whether or not the station publishes a playlist.
Commercial, web and college radio
18,000+ stations in 180+ countries, from national broadcasters to college and community stations. If one you need is missing, you can ask us to add it.
Back in time, too
When you add a song, WARM also searches back for spins it caught before, as far as your plan's history goes.
Proof of airplay for everyone on the release
Radio promoters
Show clients every spin you delivered, station by station, instead of chasing playlists and screenshots.
Labels and distributors
Follow radio across a whole release schedule and see which territories pick a single up first.
Artists and managers
Find out where your song is on the radio, and use the stations and dates when you plan a tour or a push.
Building your own reports? The Radio Airplay API returns the same spins. Comparing tools? See how WARM compares.
Questions about tracking radio spins
What is a radio spin?
A spin is one broadcast of a song on a radio station. Ten spins means the song went out on air ten times. Promoters, labels and charts count spins to measure how much airplay a song is getting.
How do I track the radio spins of my song?
Add the song to WARM. From then on WARM logs every spin it detects on the stations it monitors, with the station, country, time and duration, and shows them in your dashboard and reports.
Which stations does WARM track?
18,000+ radio stations in 180+ countries, including commercial, public, web, college and community radio. You can search the full list in the dashboard and ask us to add a station that is missing.
Can I see spins from before I added the song?
Yes, within your plan's history window. When you add a song, WARM searches back for spins it detected earlier: 90 days on the smaller plans and 365 days from 50 songs.
Does a station have to report its playlist?
No. WARM recognises the song in the audio of the broadcast itself, so it also catches spins that never appear in a station's published playlist.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. The free trial tracks 5 songs for one month, with no card needed to start.
See where your song is spinning
